Ordering process
Ordering information: customers can contact our business personnel by phone, email or business information platform.
Information confirmation: After receiving the customer's ordering information, the company's business personnel shall verify the customer's information and confirm the product specification, unit price, delivery date, mode of transportation, payment terms, etc. If the product needs special packaging, both parties shall confirm before implementation.
Purchase and sales contract: After the information is confirmed, the business personnel of the company will make a Product Purchase and Sales Contract to the customer for reconfirmation and signing. In case of stock shortage, the business personnel will contact the customer whether to replace the goods or deal with it when the goods are available. The transaction will take effect after signing the contract.
Remittance/collection confirmation: After both parties sign the purchase and sales contract, the customer will pay through the collection channel designated by the company.
Delivery arrangement: after confirming that the customer's payment has arrived, the company will arrange the delivery according to the delivery date agreed by the salesperson and the customer and be responsible for tracking the delivery.
